Program Simulation Assistant
This position is responsible for facilitating and supporting the experiential onsite simulations in Junior Achievement of Middle Tennessee's JA BizTown and JA Finance Park programs during the school year, with opportunities to also support summer programming.
The Program Manager will manage programs with particular emphasis on volunteer recruiting, training, placement, support, and recognition. Facilitate activities of consultants and teachers, uphold quality standards for the organization, assure adherence to program models and program expansion in line with strategic goals of organization, and develop and maintain good educator relationships at all levels. Program Managers are part of a team responsible for delivery of programs within a 22 county geographic area.
Events & Marketing Manager
The Events and Marketing Manager is a key leadership role within the JA of Middle TN (JAMT) office, managing a portfolio of existing investors and strategic partners and creating a pipeline of new investors and partners in support of fundraising and student program events. The position is responsible for leading and executing key events and implementing marketing strategies to build the JA brand experience to support the mission of JAMT. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, energetic, creative team player who thrives on building relationships and connecting passion for the JA mission through fundraising and student program events, along with ensuring communications advance the JAMT’s impact.
