Communications & Events Manager
The Communications & Events Manager will develop and execute events, marketing and communications campaigns to support JAMT priorities. This position will foster community connections, manage brand integrity, and promote awareness of the mission and programs to our community. The role’s primary function is to broaden and strengthen the organization’s relationships and brand awareness through multi-channel communications efforts to attract, motivate, and sustain current and new community stakeholders.
Program Manager
The Program Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of Junior Achievement’s middle and high school programs. This role ensures high-quality program delivery, cultivates relationships with schools and volunteers, and supports the organization’s mission to empower young people to own their economic success.
Volunteer Coordinator
The Volunteer Coordinator helps support JAMT’s mission by recruiting, scheduling, and stewarding volunteers who help deliver Junior Achievement’s learning experiences. This role works closely with the education team and connects with community partners, companies and individual volunteers make sure every program has are fully staffed with high-quality, mission‑aligned volunteers.
Program Associate
This position is responsible for facilitating and supporting the experiential onsite simulations in Junior Achievement of Middle Tennessee's JA BizTown and JA Finance Park programs during the school year.
