JA Summer Camp- July '24

Camp Highlights:
- Explore key economic concepts and job readiness skills in preparing for the real world.
- Discover unique personality traits, explore employment soft skills, and build a resume to interview for jobs in JA BizTown presented by Pam Wright.
- Envision a new business venture by working with a team to create a business plan, product model, and presentation.
- Gain introductory knowledge about saving, credit, managing risk, and budgeting through the JA Finance Park simulation.
Ages: 10-14 years old (must have completed 4th grade)
Dates: July 22-26, 2024
Cost: $275 per camper per camp. Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. We do not offer multi-participant or early bird discounts.
Time: Camp runs from 9:00 am- 3:30 pm. Campers may be dropped off starting at 8:45 am
Extended Care: $75 per camper per camp. Extended care is available from 7:30-9:00 am and 3:30-5:00 pm for each day of camp.
Lunch: Each camper needs to bring a packed lunch daily. A fridge and microwave are not available.
Appropriate Dress: Campers should dress modestly, comfortably, and appropriately. This is an academic camp, however, learning involves active games and lessons. Athletic shoes are recommended.
Payment and Refunds: Due upon registration. Cancellations received prior to June 1, 2024 will be fully refunded minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received on or after June 1, 2024 will not be refunded.
